A first for Ysterplaat! 
We are so excited to share that Ysterplaat has received their very first freezer, gifted by Alive Foundation.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of members who joined our Kleiduif Kompetisie, the freezer was stocked and delivered with frozen meat, all packaged and prepared with love. 
This is a game-changer: for the first time, Ysterplaat can safely store large amounts of food, ensuring the cooking pot can keep going throughout the year.
The impact? Nutritious meals for:
→ The elderly in the community
→ School children in aftercare
→ The boarding home
→ And those who are homeless
